- Weather & Safety: If the flight cannot take place due to weather or security concerns, all fees will be fully refunded.

- No penalty for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the flight via email or phone.
- Late cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the flight are subject to full fees.
